What's the dress code?
For the welcome party, it’s colorful cocktail! For the wedding day, the dress code is black tie optional.
The Ceremony and Reception will take place outdoors on the grass. Please bring an additional layer to keep warm and choose footwear accordingly.

What's the weather like this time of year in HILLSBOROUGH?
Expect mid-to-low 70s during the day. Evenings cool off to mid 50s. Please bring a layer to keep warm as evenings can get chilly and the wedding reception will take place outside. In addition, Menlo Park/Palo Alto tends to be warmer than Hillsborough. Temperatures in Menlo Park/Palo Alto average in the mid 80s.
Are kids invited for the weekend?
While we love your little ones, this will be an adults only celebration. We hope you take this opportunity to treat our wedding weekend as a time to relax & enjoy. We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.
How should I get to and from the wedding?
Transportation will be provided for all wedding guests to and from the Stanford Park Hotel for both the Welcome Party on Friday, August 30th and for the wedding on Saturday, August 31st. Should you choose to drive yourself to the Welcome Party, there is plenty of free parking at the Rosewood Sand Hill. Should you choose to drive yourself to the Wedding, there is complimentary valet service at the Milligan Residence. We will coordinate shuttling guests from the Milligan Residence to the After Party at the Racquet Club. There is additional parking at the Racquet Club for those driving themselves. We want everyone to enjoy themselves and be safe!
